Michael B. His expertise spans M&A activities, with notable transactions on both the buy and sell sides, and board-level positions in both publicly listed and private companies. Davis has led significant restructuring efforts, including managing a $7 billion debt turnaround and delisting a FTSE 100 company. Currently, he serves as the President of Steward Health Care Middle East and is the Founder/CEO of Davis Health LLC-FZ, focusing on healthcare strategy and advisory services tailored to the MENA region. His career highlights include leading NMC Healthcare through a major restructuring and divestiture process and achieving substantial revenue and EBITDA growth across his roles. Davis holds a BSN from McNeese State University and completed a Critical Care Residency at Methodist Hospital/Baylor College of Medicine.
